What we respond to

Sprinkler leak or pipe break

We stop the water correctly, replace damaged heads or fittings, and restore the system — with impairment procedures handled.

Alarm panel trouble or failure

We diagnose the panel, restore detection and notification, and verify signals reach your monitoring center.

Fire pump failure

Dead batteries, controller faults, failed starts — we get the pump back on line and document what happened.

Vehicle impact / physical damage

Cars meet risers and FDCs more often than you’d think. We isolate, secure, and rebuild.

System impairment management

Fire watch guidance, AHJ and monitoring notifications, and restoration records that protect you afterward.

Post-event documentation

Every emergency ends with a written record — what failed, what we did, and what your insurer needs to see.

Keep people clear

Move occupants away from water, electrical hazards, or any area with active alarms.

Know your control valve

For sprinkler leaks, closing the system control valve stops the flow — we’ll help you find it on the phone.

Don’t cap or plug anything

Improvised fixes to system piping create code violations and can void your protection.

Start noting times

When it started, what you saw, who you notified — it matters for your insurer later.

Emergency questions

What should I do right now if a sprinkler pipe is leaking?

Locate and close the sprinkler system control valve to stop the flow — it’s usually at the riser, and turning it clockwise closes it. Then call us at 714-465-8801. Do not let anyone cap or plug system piping. While the system is shut down, your building may need a fire watch; we’ll walk you through the requirements on the phone and dispatch a technician.

My fire alarm panel is beeping or showing “trouble.” Is that an emergency?

Treat it as one until you know otherwise. A trouble signal means some part of your detection or notification system may not function in a real fire. Call us — we’ll help you interpret the panel display over the phone and determine whether it needs immediate service or can wait for a scheduled visit.

What is a fire watch and when do I need one?

A fire watch is a person assigned to patrol the building for signs of fire while a fire protection system is impaired, as required by the fire code and most AHJs. If your sprinkler or alarm system is down for more than a few hours, a fire watch is usually required until the system is restored. We include fire watch guidance and notification requirements in every emergency response.

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?

Emergency response outside business hours carries after-hours rates, which we state clearly before dispatching — no surprises on the invoice. What we never do is leave a system impaired because it happened on a Sunday.
